Owners' Association
In keeping with our goal of making The Lake at Heritage Pointe a community of enduring quality and value, the Owners' Association is responsible for the maintenance of common areas, community amenities and infrastructure. With the purchase of a home site, you and your family will become members of the Association, and an annual fee will ensure that your neighbourhood meets the high standards of our community vision.
